The Beaconsfield fans will be watching a new man in the dugout next season.
JOE Mitchell is the man charged with following Jamie Jarvis' path as Beaconsfield SYCOB boss.
Having interviewd 13 experienced candidates the Rams chose the former AFC Hayes manager who will be bringing with him a management team with extensive playing and coaching experience in both non-League and professional football.
For the last five seasons Mitchell has managed AFC Hayes, where in 2008/2009 he achieved the highest league position in the club's history by finishing seventh in the Southern League South and West Division before going on to win the Middlesex Senior Trophy by defeating Hendon.
A statement on the Beaconsfield's website said that the club believed Mitchell 'has the knowledge and expertise to build on the successes of the last two seasons and the level of experience to take the club forward into the Midland Division of the Southern League'.
