Both sides struggled to create a decent opening in the second period before Delander found himself in acres of space at the far post with 20 minutes left and rifled the ball past Jake McKelvie to put Twigg 3-1 up against his former side.

Substitute Nick Matthews pulled one back for Farmer with his first touch of the match, but Delander then netted with a screamer of a volley for his second of the game to secure the win and three points.
