ASCOT United crashed out of the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup with a 4-1 home defeat to Woodley United on Sunday.
Rosie Page-Smith put the visitors in front with a 25-yard screamer on 12 minutes, and after Hannah Evans had a chance to equalise, Page-Smith made it 2-0 10 minutes before the break.
May Hamblin turned home a free-kick six minutes into the second period to extend the advantage, and the game was as good as up when she made it 4-0 after 59 minutes.
Ascot battled to the end and grabbed a last-minute consolation thanks to Gloria Bitria’s 40-yarder.
