REIGNING champions FC Fernhill kept their Premier Division title hopes alive with a narrow 1-0 win at Bracknell Cavaliers thanks to a second-half Lewis Burns goal, writes Nick Carpenter.

Elsewhere in the division, Morale Madrid followed last week’s cup semi-final success with a 6-0 victory at home to Braybrooke Athletic.

Crowthorne Inn moved six points clear at the top of Division One as a Jake Crean hat-trick secured a 3-0 win against Bracknell Forest, but for third-placed Intercity it was a fourth straight defeat as they went down 3-0 at Whitegrove, Ben Poynter with a brace and Todd Andrews with the other.

Sandhurst FFC are now up to fourth following their 1-0 win at basement boys Hurricanes, while Ashridge Park and Wokingham & Emmbrook TMW shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw.

AFC Crowthorne obliterated 3M 13-0 as Mitchell Parker hit an incredible nine goals, Marlon Rush grabbed a hat-trick and Dan Barnes also hit the target.

A hat-trick from Christian Jones could not stop Division Two leaders Binfield Royals picking up all three points as they beat Newbold College 7-3, a Sean Hanley double and goals from Liam Hartley, Sam Wilson, Harry Arquimbau, Myles White and Charlie Edmundson doing the damage for the leaders.

Berkshire All Stars kept up the pressure in second place with a 12-1 win at Winnersh Town, Blake Brown-Koroma hitting four, Tommy Marshall a treble, and there were braces for Mitch Carpenter and Yusef Gois. Jack Dicker scored the other.

WAB won 2-1 against Bracknell Athletic and Bracknell Saint-Germain downed Berkshire United 5-2.

In Division Three, leaders Bearwood Wanderers slipped to a surprising 5-1 defeat at home to Winnersh Rangers as Neal McDowell scored twice and Tom Whitfield, Ben Gallagher and Oliver Wheeler added the others.

Third-placed Woodley United Reserves took advantage with an 8-0 win over Harmanswater as Luke Blakeborough and Matt Leigh both hit hat-tricks. Owen Roberts and Tom Croft added the others. AFC Crowthorne Reserves hammered Finchampstead Athletic A 6-0 and Bracknell Falcons won 8-1 at home to Crownwood Dukes.

Bracknell Cavaliers U21s eased past Bracknell Royals 6-2, while Bracknell Titans and Silver Birch drew 2-2, Jack Hellewell and player-manager Adam Spiers with Birch’s goals. Finchampstead Sunday Reserves will defend the Junior Cup after they beat Warfield United 5-1.
