READING FC youngster Lewis Ward has joined National League side Aldershot Town until January.
The 20-year-old goalkeeper was on loan at Hungerford Town but was recalled following reports a higher division club had come in for his services.
Today [Friday], Royals announced 20-year-old Ward has joined Aldershot Town until January 3.

This will be Ward's second loan spell of the season, following time with @HungerfordTown in the National League South earlier in the campaign.

Ward previously enjoyed loan spells with Icelandic side Fylkir and Margate while impressing for Royals' Under 23s.
And he took to social media to thank Hungerford Town for their support and reveal his excitement at joining Aldershot.

Former Royals academy star Aaron Kuhl was on the verge of joining the Shots recently, but an injury to his knee scuppered the move.
