Will Simpson, Sam Fox-Harvey and Alex Hemley completed the scoring for the visitors, who remain two points outside the top two but with a game in hand on Newbury & Thatcham 2nds.

South Berkshire Ladies were edged out 3-2 in a five-goal thriller at Oxford 2nds in Premier One of the Trysports Three Counties League.

Fourth-placed South Berkshire end their season at home to Oxford University 2nds this Saturday.

In Premier Two, relegated South Berkshire 2nds lost 2-0 at Reading 2A.

South Berkshire 3rds are not yet safe in Division Three, although their 0-0 draw at home to Scarlet Runners moved them four points clear of the drop zone.

In Division Four, South Berkshire 4ths ground out a 0-0 draw playing at home to Marlow 5ths.
