The Knights got off to a good start and remained ahead throughout the game, with their top triple skipped by Janet Thompson with Pam Blake and Norma Curren. They were plus 10 shots.
The best performers for Rivermead were skipped by Pat Fowkes with Mary Webb and Jane Howman.
Whiteknights men lost 108-89 to London Irish.
Top rink for the Earley-based side was skipped by men’s captain, Gordon Orchard, along with Angelo Ciliberti, Pete Burton and Paul Day. They were plus 14 shots.
Geoff Motram’s rink of Ray Pontet, Brian Ames and Paul Noyes were also plus 11 shots, while for Irish, the rink of skip Mike Howley, joined by Alan McInerney, John Foster and Pat Cleary, were plus 22 shots.
