Athletico Forest beat FC Woodley 2-1 and 116 Exiles thrashed Spencers Wood 5-0.
In Division Two, leaders Caversham AFC were held to a 3-3 draw at Charvil Rangers, allowing Pangbourne & Basildon Barbarians – who have three games in hand – to close to within four points following their 3-2 win at Imaan.
Burghfield Reserves won 2-1 at Arborfield.
Reading United moved a point clear at the top of Division Three East despite being held to a 4-4 draw by Forest FC, as second-placed Henley Town lost their 100% record in a shock 2-0 defeat at Coley Park.
Park Villa eased to a 4-1 win against 116 Exiles Reserves.
In Division Four East, leaders AFC Lowfield Green were stunned 4-1 at Delta Vigo.
Twyford Comets and South Reading won 4-1 at Borussia Teeth and Caversham United respectively, and Fox & Hounds beat Six Bells 2-1.
Division Four West basement boys Kennet Valley were thumped 7-1 at Burghfield Reserves, while The Bugle lost 2-1 at home to New England.
Berkshire Rovers crashed out of the Berks & Bucks Junior Trophy following a 4-1 home defeat to Penfold Rangers, while AFC Basildon were knocked out 2-1 by Crendon House.
Tilehurst Club A lost 3-2 at AFC Crowthorne Stiffs, Woolhampton CFC went down 4-2 to Hazlemere, YPFC were hammered 9-2 by Southcote Colts and AFC Pangbourne Reserves thrashed Barton Rovers Reserves 9-0.
