ROGER Varian’s Postponed is looking to secure back-to-back King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes successes as he is prepared for the race at the end of July.

The five-year-old won the race in 2015 at 6/1, holding off Eagle Top and Frankie Dettori.

18 runners remain in the race as entries were made on Wednesday 6th July, with numerous interesting horses in the mix.

Godolphin have three runners – Elite Army, Moonlight Magic and Beautiful Romance while Aidan O’Brien has put forward Sir Isaac Newton, Shogun, Deauville and Highland Reel.

The Grey Gatsby and Western Hymn are just two more noticeable names entered, with 17 days to go until they all come face-to-face at Ascot on King George VI Weekend.
