UNBEATEN Newbury Blues will return to South West One East action this coming Saturday when they face a tough trip to Salisbury (3pm).

The Blues have won their opening four games to sit second in the table behind Swindon, albeit two points behind.

Remarkably they have only conceded 16 points in their four outings, 44 fewer than any other side in the league.

Salisbury are yet to lose at home, though, having toppled Reading 16-15 on the opening day and Towcestrians 32-22 last month.

Struggling Thatcham will hope to kick-start their Southern Counties North campaign when they host Drifters in a Berkshire derby (3pm).

Thatcham are yet to win this season and languish second bottom of the early-season table, although they did draw their previous home game against Bletchley.

Winless Hungerford travel to Risborough as they target a first victory of the BB&O Premier season (3pm).

They have picked up losing bonus points in their previous two games, but are second bottom ahead of a game against the Buckinghamshire side who were promoted from the BB&O Championship as title winners.

In-form Tadley have been in blistering try-scoring form as they have romped to three straight wins, and they will put their unbeaten record on the line at home to Berkshire rivals Crowthorne.

The Crows are yet to win since being promoted, although threw away a glorious opportunity against Slough last time out when they conceded two injury-time tries to draw 35-35.
