READING FC will hit the television screens three times in December due to a number of fixture changes.

Three Championship matches involving Steve Clarke's promotion-chasing side have been chosen for live coverage on Sky Sports.

The 'hoops derby' between Royals and QPR at Madejski Stadium has been moved forward two days from Saturday, December 5 to Thursday, December 3 with an 8pm kick off.

Reading's trip to Hull City has been put back 24 hours from Tuesday, December 15 to Wednesday, December 16 with a 7.45pm kick off.

Finally, Royals' Boxing Day trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Boxing Day will now kick off at 5.15pm instead of the original 3pm start time on December 26.

As Clarke's men have one day less to recover between the away games at Hull and Wolves, the league fixture between Reading and Blackburn Rovers has also been pushed back by 24 hours and will now take place on Sunday, December 20 at Madejski Stadium (3pm ko), but will not be screened live on television.
