The content of the comment you wish to complain about was:

"[[ Any Scot or Welsh resident in England will of course be allowed to continue on their way, free of charge. ];]; I don't believe that you are correct with that statement. I live one mile from the Welsh border in West Cheshire and I have just returned from a visit to Wrexham using my concessionary bus pass. I am entitled to travel into Wales from Cheshire and start a free journey in Wales provided that my journey ends in Cheshire. Welsh residents living close to the border have reciprocal concessions but they are unable to use their passes to travel within England. Just as I am unable to use my pass to travel within Wales. "
