The content of the comment you wish to complain about was:
"I don't see why short term leases for Charities will change with empty Property rates. After all, give the property to the Charity free of rent for 6 months, after your 3 months rate free period, and they are liable for rates (off which they get at least 80% discount as a Charity) and you get another 3 months free of rates when they go. Kaboom - no rates for a year for you to pay. As for knocking the building down - this makes zero economic sense unless the land is worth more than the building - in other words, it would have been knocked down anyway."
