BRIAN JOSEPH ALAN BURDEN, 50, of Crown Meadow, Colnbrook, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing food from the BP filling station in Colnbrook. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months, and made to pay compensation of £35 and a £20 victim surcharge.

DARIOUS SAMUEL ELLIS, 38, of Upton Hotel, Upton, Slough, pleaded guilty to assault. He was placed under a community order in which me must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay a £85 victim surcharge.

ROBERT JOHN MCGEACHIE, 38, of Mount Lane, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified from driving, driving without insurance, and failing to surrender to court when ordered to do so. He was given an eight week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and made to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. He was also made to pay costs of £85, and a £115 victim surcharge. He was fined a further £200 for driving without insurance, and £50 for failing to surrender to court. He was disqualified from driving for nine months.

TROY CHARLES SLATER, 21, of Upton Park, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing perfume worth £113 from Boots in Windsor, and meat worth £38 from a Budgens in Windsor. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months, and made to pay compensation of £38.

DAVINA LOUISE STOKES, 45, of Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield, pleaded guilty to speeding in Maidenhead. She was made to pay a £15 victim surcharge, and a £60 fine. She was given three points on her licence.

DAMON KAROL KOWALSKI, 29, of Canterbury Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft and two counts of failing to surrender to court. He was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to attend regular appointments with a police officer. He was also made to pay compensation of £500, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £115 victim surcharge.

HARDEEP BALLI, 21, of Manor Road, Windsor, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of cannabis. He was made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with a £200 fine. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jasjit Singh KHABA, 42, of Petersefield Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and driving without insurance. He was fined £100 for both offences, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. He was also given six points on his licence.

SALMAN TOUQIR, 35, of Aylesbury Crescent, Slough, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath sample after being ordered to do so. He was fined £120, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from diving for 14 months.

FALLON LOUISE KINGSTON, 28, of Northumbria Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop and criminal damage to another person’s door. She was made to pay compensation of £251 for the criminal damage, and discharged conditionally for 24 months. She was also made to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

SUNIL MODGILL, 38, of Parry Green North, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £400, and made to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JACQUELINE WAIN, 50, of Trelawney Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation, by using somebody else’s bank card. She was made to pay compensation of £1,098, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

DAVID JAMES GIBBONS, 55, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to possession of a pickaxe in a public place without a lawful excuse. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £85. The pickaxe was forfeited and destroyed.

MARTIN CONTINO, 47, of Patrick Haugh Road, Arncott, Bichester, pleaded guilty to fraud in Slough. Contino used someone else’s bank card in the area, spending £116. He was jailed for two weeks due to his history of previous offences, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

RICHARD FRANCIS, 42, of Farnburn Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment at Maidenhead Police Station. He was fined £50, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
