A 37-year-old man has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order after complaints about his anti-social behaviour and street drinking in Slough.
Marcin Borkowski, of no fixed address, was issued with the order at Slough Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 10. It will last 12 months and a breach of that order could result in up to five years in prison.
Borkowski pleaded guilty to breaching a Community Protection Notice on Saturday, April 8.
That notice was issued in October 2016 due to Borkowski continuing to be found heavily intoxicated within the Farnham Road area, which is part of an alcohol exclusion zone. Complaints against him covered street drinking, noise, littering and urinating. Borkowski also breached the Community Protection Notice in November 2016.
The tougher new order bans him from getting drunk in the area around Farnham Road, Godolphin Playing Fields and Baylis Park. He is also required to attend arranged appointments to address his alcohol abuse and lack of housing.
