A FALLEN scaffolding sparked traffic chaos after it blocked a busy street in Hungerford this morning.
Firefighters from Newbury were called to the roundabout in Charnham Street, near the Bear pub, at around 7.45am after an HGV lorry and bus dislodged the two-storey scaffolding from a nearby house, trapping the two vehicles and a van.
No one was trapped or injured but the road has been shut will the vehicles are freed and scaffolding cleared.
