World-famous bands will hit the stage but it is headliners Blink 182 most will be waiting for. The American punk rock band last performed at Reading in 2010 and tonight’s set is their only gig of 2014.

They will close the festival’s Main Stage after appearances from You Me at Six, Papa Roach and the American rapper Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

During the day, The NME Stage will feature performances from The 1975, indie rock band The Kooks and new stars Clean Bandit. The stage is set to end on a high, with British electronic duo Disclosure headlining.

BBC Radio 1’s Dance Stage’s line up is filled with big names, with DJ sets from festival favourites Bondax, Breach, Klaxons and Ben Pearce, with a headline performance from Australian DJ, Flume.

The Alternative Stage will provide comedy performances from ex-Never Mind the Buzzcocks presenter Simon Amstell and television regular Seann Walsh.

Sunday’s BBC Introducing Stage will see up and coming talent perform, with artists such as Jack Garratt and Vendettas hitting the stage, followed by Scottish headliners Prides.

Other acts to watch out for include Kwabs, Augustines, Letlive and Snakehips.
