THE secret transformation of a Windsor teacher's home by a surprise makeover programme will be aired next week.

Pam Biddulph, assistant headteacher at Trevelyan Middle School, was delighted when she returned home one evening in July to discover ITV's 60 Minute Makeover team had worked their magic on her bungalow in Gordon Road.

The programme showing the team working hard to transform her living room, bedroom and dinning room will be shown on ITV1 on Monday.

The 51-year-old, said: "I have only seen the end product so it will be exciting to see them get from the beginning to the end."

The widow's daughters Laura and Louise planned the surprise for their mother, who was sent to a hotel for the night as a treat for her birthday while her home was transformed.

The family plan to get together at the newly decorated home in Windsor to watch the show.

Mrs Biddulph, said: "We will be getting everyone around with a glass of champagne for the show. I am very excited."
