POLICE have released CCTV images of the men they would like to speak to in connection with the use of counterfeit cash in Winnersh.
Between midday and 12.15pm on Sunday two men entered the Pet’s at Home, in Gazelle Close, on separate occasions and used counterfeit £50 notes to buy goods.
Detective Constable Paul Bentley said: “We are keen to speak to the men in the CCTV images as we believe they can help with our enquiries.
“I would urge you to call us via 101 especially if you witnessed these men get into a vehicle and the direction they were travelling, after they left the store.”
Witnesses who recognise the men or have any information about the incident should call the police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
