Three people were trapped in the wreckage after their cars collided in Wash Water last night.
Three pumps were called at 6.30pm, including two from Newbury and another from Reading to the collision on Andover Drove.
Firefighters had to cut the roofs off the two vehicles, a Renault Scenic and Volkswagen Polo.
A spokesperson for Newbury Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that the driver of the Volkswagen Polo was female and there was a female and male occupant in the Renault Scenic.
All three occupants were taken to North Hampshire Hospital in Basingstoke.
Three ambulance crews and a rapid response unit from South Central Ambulance Service attended the scene.
A spokesperson from South Central Ambulance said: "There was a 50-year-old female who suffered back and chest injuries."
