MAX GARDENER, 19, of Abingdon Close, Bracknell, admitted taking a Ford Fiesta from Abingdon Close, Bracknell, without the owner’s consent on September 9, 2017. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs. He was also fined £250 and six points added to his licence for using the vehicle without third party insurance.

CHRISTOPHER THOMAS MCDONAGH, of Kingswick Close, Ascot, admitted failing to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis at Maidenhead Police Station on September 10, 2017. He was fined £280, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. He was also fined £130 for driving a Vauxhall Astra Estate on the car park outside Budgens on High Street, Ascot. He was fined a further £50  for failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Berkshire Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on September 11, 2017.

FEMI NANDAP, 24, of Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne, admitted assaulting a man by beating him and the offence was racially aggravated. He was ordered to pay £300 compensation.

JADE CLARISSA HULL, of Hamlett Street, Warfield, admitted stealing stationary worth £53 on September 11, 2017 from Smiggle. She was sent to prison for 14 days consecutive to a sentence, imposed on March 31, 2017 by Reading Magistrates’ Court suspended for 18 months. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115. 

DELANO DEMETRIUS BRISSETT, 31, of Kelvin Gate, Bracknell, admitted exceeding the 30mph speed limit on Imperial Road, Windsor on October 27, 2016. he was fined £100, ordered to pay    a victim surcharge of £30, £85 costs and  three points was added to his licence.

ANDREW JAMES GLADDING, of Agar Crescent, Bracknell admitted failing to notify the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. He was fined £123 and ordered to pa a victim surcharge of £15.

DANIEL COKER, of Ascot House, Bracknell, admitted breaching a community order made by Reading Magistrates’ Court on June 1, 2016. He was ordered to pay £60 costs.

IAN LINDSEY GILBERT, 51, of Jerrymoor Hill, was convicted of drink-driving a Honda Civic and exceeding the speed limit on Sheerlands Road on  January 3, 2017. She was sent to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £250 costs. She was also convicted of driving the vehicle while disqualified.

WILLIAM JOHN JAMES RABIE, 43, of Dyer Road, Wokingham, admitted drink-driving a Range Rover on Lindisfarne Way, Reading, on May 30, 2017. He was fined £1,500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and £775 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by four months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

CHARLOTTE ROGERS, 21, of Central Way, Winkfield, admitted stealing various items from Tesco on Wellington Street, Slough on September 28, 2017. She was sent to prison for 28 days because of her repeat offending and  ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
