A MAN who committed an early-morning sexual assault in Bracknell is being sought by police. 

The victim, a woman in her twenties, was walking on Skimped Hill Lane, Bracknell, at around 1.50am on October 1 when she was approached by an unknown man.

He kissed her on the hand and then the lips, before she managed to push her attacker away and escape.

The man is believed to be asian, in his mid-twenties, 5ft 9in, and is of slim build, at the time he was wearing a brown leather jacket and he has a short beard. 

Investigating officer Police Constable Wasim Akram from Loddon Valley police station said: "The victim does not know the suspect and nor has she seen him before.

"We are very keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who recognises the offender from the description to contact us via 101 quoting reference 43170290960."
