SIR LENNY HENRY awarded a Bracknell park with a national award this week.
Warfield Park was awarded National Social Responsibility Company of the Year at the National Energy & Healthy Homes Awards 2017 at the Birmingham NEC, which were presented by the television personality.
The Warfield Park won the award largely due to the ongoing upgrade works to improve energy efficiency and performance of the park.
Barry Sumner, Warfield Park’s managing director, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for our team.
"The awards result from our ongoing commitment to improve energy efficiency and performance of our park homes for our residents and tenants.
“Although new park homes are considerably more energy efficient than the majority of the housing stock in the UK, there is always room for improvement."
Warfield parks contains more than 500 homes, the majority privately owned, in 90 acres of parkland.
