LEE GEORGE BARRITT, 42, of Turnberry, Bracknell, admitted stealing alcohol worth £9.18 from Bracknell Service Station on Wokingham Road, Bracknell, on May 3, 2017. On May 13 at the same service station he admitted stealing alcohol worth £44.79. On May 28 he returned and admitted stealing alcohol worth £43.79. On May 30, he returned and admitted stealing alcohol worth £44. The next day he returned and admitted stealing alcohol worth £33. Almost two months later he returned on July 30 and admitted stealing alcohol worth £36.35 for this he was sent to prison for two weeks to run consecutively with the above offences. The day before he admitted stealing four bottles of wine worth £30 from the same service station. For these offences he was sent to prison for four weeks' consecutively because the offences were aggravated. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation and pay victim services £115.
CHARLIE STEPHEN RENNIE, 25, of Wylam, Bracknell, admitted drink driving on London Road, Reading, on July 16, 2017. He was fined £200, ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by four months if he successfully completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
NEIL THOMAS MICHAEL BORTHWICK, 50, of Mount Lane Bracknell, admitted criminal damage to an intercom telephone worth £1,165.73 belonging to Platform on Market Street, Bracknell. He was discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay £370 compensation.
ADRIAN ANNAND, 69, of Waverly Way, Finchampstead, admitted assault by beating a man in Lower Earley on January 18, 2017. He must comply with a rehabilitation order, pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.
DANIEL PAUL SPENCER, 27, of Gorrick Square, Wokingham, admitted breaching a community order requiring him to attend unpaid work. He was fined £250.
JOSH ROMERO, 20, of Evesham Walk, Sandhurst, admitted travelling without paying for a £2.50 ticket on a Great Western Railway train on January 27, 2017. He was fined £115, pay £2.50 compensation, pay victim services £30 and £160 costs.
LOUISE SIBANDA, 21, of High Street, Crowthorne, was proved in her absence of travelling without a valid ticket on a train on January 23, 2017. She was fined £220, pay £3.60 compensation, pay victim services £30 and £160 costs.
CALLUM CLIFFORD PROWER, 28, of Worlds End Hill, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Mokka on Nine Mile Ride on July 15, 2017. He was fined £300, pay victim services £30 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by four months if he successfully completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
EVAN CHARLES HUGHES, 51, of Carroll Crescent, Ascot, admitted stealing a bottle of Turner Road red wine worth £6 from Maloney Budgens in Ascot on April 20, 2017. He must comply with a rehabilitation order and pay victim services £85.
MATTHEW CRAWFORD, 24, of Purbeck Court, Bracknell, admitted breaching a community order requiring him to attend unpaid work. He was fined £100.
SCOTT ANDREW NEWTON-ROBINSON, 26, of Kimberley, Nottingham, admitted drink driving a Skoda Fabia on Bagshot Road, Bracknell on June 2, 2017. He was fined £666, pay victim services £66 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 23 months, reduced by 23 weeks if he successfully completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
