The following cases were heard at Berkshire magistrates' from April 10 - 18.

OLIVER AYRTON-THOMAS, 23, of Smith Square, Bracknell, admitted drinkdriving a Vauxhall Astra in Bay Road, Bracknell, on March 15, 2017.

He must carry out unpaid work for 180 hours, pay victim services £85 and costs of £85.

He is disqualified from driving for 30 months, reduced by seven months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

JOHANNES CHINGOSHO, 58, of Abbotsbury, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Insignia in Ascot Road, Warfield on March 26, 2017.

He was fined £440, ordered to pay victim services £44 and costs of £85. He is disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by four months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

JORDAN WARBURTON, 22, of Balfour Crescent, Easthampstead, admitted using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence in St Marks Road, Binfield.

He must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement to attend appointments with a responsible officer or someone else appointed by them and he was ordered to pay victim services £85.

AMBER ARBERY, 34, of Asher Drive, Ascot, admitted exceeding the £30mph speed limit in Broad Lane, Bracknell, on September 17, 2015. She was fined £150, ordered to pay victim services £20 and three points added to her licence.

STEPHEN ALLEN WOLEDGE, 39, of Brockenhurst Road, Bracknell, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £136 from Tesco in Bracknell on March 25, 2017.

He must comply with a drug rehabilitation community order, pay victim services £85 and costs of £85.

He also admitted stealing perfume valued at £103 from Bentalls in Bracknell on March 16, 2017.

He also stole timber decking from Englemere Sawmills, London Road, Ascot, on May 31, 2016 and on May 25, 2016 stole three Hippo bags, a water feature and fittings and five wooden decking pallets of unknown value from Wyevale Garden Centre.
