A CARE service has introduced new technology to its' services in order to improve the quality of care.
Bluebird care, which provides care for elderly residents across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, has introduced the PASSsystem app for staff.
Director of Bluebird Care, Suzzanne Elgar, said: “The PASSsystem is a mobile app, which every member of staff now has on their mobile phone. When our carers are out and about and have seen a customer, they will use the app on-the-go, wherever they are in the area to log what has happened during their visit.
"Other carers can then access this information, wherever they are, and will know exactly what to do when they visit. The password protected information can also be accessed and updated from the head offices instantly if we receive information about a customer’s condition."
