A GRATEFUL deputy headteacher has publicly thanked the owners of a local football club for allowing parents to park their cars on their grounds.

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, in Gipsy Lane, struck a deal with Bracknell Town Football Club to allow parents to use their grounds to drop off and pick up their children each day.

And to show the school's gratitude, acting deputy headteacher Nicola Philpott wanted to publicly thank the club's owners for helping the school with its ongoing parking problems.
