Saturday saw nearly 1,800 women from across the country taking part in Ride the Night, a 100km overnight charity bike ride through London starting off from Windsor Racecourse at 9pm and not getting back until 2am Sunday.

It was led by Winter Olympics Gold Medallist Amy Williams MBE and KISS FM presenter and DJ Pandora Christie.

The London Eye was lit up in pink when the cyclists reached it, to showcase its support for the event which was raising money for Breast Cancer Care, Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action.
