HOUSE PRICES across the country may be on the rise, but one developer has decided to make things easier for one Bracknell resident, by giving away a flat.

Equinox Living, in association with Uri Geller, has decided to launch a competition with a prize like no other, an apartment worth £210,000.

Entry to the competition is £5 a time, and ten per cent of net proceeds are given to LandAid, a property industry charity working to improve the lives of disadvantaged young people struggling with economic or social circumstances.

To win, you just answer three questions correctly, and the competition will run for seven months, with the winner being announced by Uri Geller in August.

The winner will be able to move into their new home late this year.
