STEPHEN WOLEDGE, 40, of Brockenhurst Road, Bracknell, admitted breaching a community order without reasonable excuse made by Slough Magistrates’ Court on April 11, 2017. He was required to attend a rehabilitation order on August 10, 2017 and August 23, 2017. He was ordered to pay £60 costs and was sent to prison for 20 weeks suspended.
GEOFF IAN BOYD, 35, of Jubilee Avenue, Ascot, admitted possessing cannabis, a controlled class B drug at Jubilee Avenue, Ascot on October 14, 2017. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.
THOMAS BUTLER, 34, of Morney Lane, Bracknell, admitted stealing alcohol worth £104.99 from Waitrose in Bracknell on October 14, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay £31.30 compensation.
NESHINDER DHILLON, 38, of Cruckbarn House Hawes Hill Court, Winkfield, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis on October 16, 2017 atMaidenhead when suspected of having driven a vehicle. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. He is disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
KAYLEIGH ANNE MORRIS, 23,of Mount Lane, Bracknell, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Station Road, Bracknell, on October 14, 2017. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.
ZANETA PIASKOWSKA, 42, of Deleane Drive, Wokingham, admitted boarding a train without a valid ticket at Reading on April 7, 2017. He was fined £220, pay £3.30 compensation, pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £160 costs.
DAVID COOMBS, 64, of Bywood, Bracknell, was proved in his absence of knowingly and wilfully travelling beyond the specified distance on his rail ticket without previously paying for the additional fare at Theale on March 17, 2017. He was fined £440, pay £8.15 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £160 costs.
EMMA JOHNSTONE, 39, of Baker Crescent, Wokingham, was proved in her absence of travelling on a train without a valid £8 ticket at Twyford on March 21, 2017. She was ordered to pay £8 compensation, pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £160 costs.
TONY DEADFIELD, 48, of Patten Ash Drive, Wokingham, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a police constable causing him to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him at Wokingham on October 14, 2017. A community curfew order was made where he must remain at Patten Place from 9pm for 5am for a period of four weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
JOE LEE, 26, of Sirius Close, Wokingham, admitted assault by beating a woman at Wokingham on April 29, 2017. A community order was made where he must attend appointments with a responsible officer. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.
