KEVIN HATTON, 35, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing cosmetics and fragrances worth £118 from a Boots in Windsor. He was fined £50, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

AMARJIT JHALLI, 41, of Thurston Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated common assault.He was jailed for six weeks, due to a number of similar offences in the past. He was made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

BRADLEY MCLAUCHLAN, 18, of Penn Road, Datchet, pleaded guilty to breaching a community order.He was ordered to complete 141 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay costs of £60.

STEVEN FRANCIS LAMB, 26, of Bromycroft Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving a car with severe mechanical problems, namely that none of the lights worked and the rear break was defective. He was fined £30, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

REBECCA LOUISA BROOKS, 27, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing toiletries worth £92 from a Waitrose in Windsor. She was jailed for 12 weeks, due to the fact that she committed the offence while on licence, and had a history of similar offences. She was made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

JAY LEWIS FREELAND, 24, of Bracknell, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in Maidenhead and threatening to burn her house down.He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and was placed under a eight-week curfew enforced by electronic tagging.He was made to pay a victim surcharge of £115, and was made to pay costs of £85.

CHARLENE HAWKES, 32, of Farnburn Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing toiletries worth £212 from a Waitrose in Windsor. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

MEHRBAN KHAN, 39, of Laggan Square, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman.He was fined £250, and placed under a community order in which he must attended regular appointments with police officers. He was also made to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.

AGATA TERESA MARCZAK, 37, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated disorderly behaviour towards a social worker in Slough, in addition to the possession of a knife in a public place and assaulting a police officer. She was placed under a community order in which she must attend regular appointments with a police officer and made to pay £40 compensation.

MARCIN SAJDAK, 37, of Granville Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman.He was ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work, in addition to a victim surcharge of £85, and £85 costs.

AKEEL AZIZ, 43, of Grasmere Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving, in addition to driving without insurance and driving while disqualified. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks, as he had caused a risk to the public and had been involved in an accident. He was made to pay a victim surcharge of £115, and was disqualified from driving for three years.

LIAM PETER HING, 20, of London Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to deliberately damaging a glass door belonging to Great Western Rail. He was fined £300.

GIORGIO ROSSITER, 22, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour, but was found guilty.He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer and made to pay £300 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

AALIA CHAUDHARY, 35, of Minster Way, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing meat to the value of £50 from the Co-op in Langley.She was fined £40, and made to pay a £30 victim surcharge, and £85 costs.

JOSHUA LEE, 31, of Cardigan Close, Slough, pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman, but was found guilty. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £85.

SAMUEL JOHN PRICE, 20, of Upton Park, Slough, pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour with intent to cause the victim to fear that unlawful violence would be inflicted on them. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay costs of £25 and a victim surcharge of £85.

KHALID HUSSAIN, 46, of Birch Close, Slough, pleaded not guilty to driving and unlicensed vehicle, but he was proved guilty in his absence. He was fined £660, in addition to back vehicle excise duty of £96, a victim surcharge of £66, and £200 costs. He was left £1,022 out of pocket.
