AURELIEN JEAN-PIERRE HEBERT, 31 of Harmans Water Road, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Fiat Punto at the Peel Centre car park on July 28, 2017. He was fined £450, ordered to pay victim services £45 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. He was also fined £450 for driving the Fiat Punto without third party insurance.

KRISTIAN ILIJAVEC, 24, of Drayton Close, Bracknell, admitted drink driving a Ford Transit on Mill Lane, Bracknell on May 20, 2017. He was fined £350 ordered to pay victim services £35 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

DONALD THOMAS ANDERSON, 62, of Blewburton Walk, Harmans Water was convicted of failing to surrender to custody at Thames Valley Police Station on June 28, 2017, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on June 10, 2017. He was fined £100, ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 costs.

ALISTAIR SAMSON JAMES EVELEIGH-RAYMOND, 20, of Lady Bank, Bracknell, admitted possessing an imitation firearm on Rectory Lane, Bracknell on April 20, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay victim services £20 and £50 costs.

CHARLIE PEARCE, 19, of Budges Lane, Wokingham, was proved in his absence of assaulting a man by beating him at Longs Way, Wokingham on April 27, 2017. He was sent to prison for 16 weeks because the offence was committed while he was on conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay £115 compensation.

IAN EGGLESTONE, 74, of Firmbank Road, Ascot, was proved in his absence of keeping a Citroen unlicensed on Bridge Avenue, Maidenhead, on December 10, 2017. He was fined £220, ordered to pay back duty £19.17 and £200 costs.

NICOLA HARDING, 38, of Chadwick Mews, Bracknell, was proved in her absence of using a colour television without a licence at the above address on March 29, 2017. She was fined £530, ordered to pay victim services £53 and £205 costs.
