WITH A week to go until the grand opening four new signings have been announced for the Lexicon.

Coming to the new town centre will be Cath Kidston, Vision Express, Moss Bros and Greggs.

Cath Kidston styles itself as the home of modern vintage, renowned for its range of prints and products and hoping to provide a stylish area for the high-end brands in the town.

Also opening on Braccan Walk is Vision Express and Greggs, the UK’s leading bakery chain and fine purveyor of sandwiches, cakes and pastries, sausage rolls and pasties.

Finally relocating to a 2,226 sq ft unit on Braccan Walk is Moss Bros, offering quality British tailoring.

Simon Russian, development manager for Legal & General on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, says: “The excitement is really building in the countdown to opening and with just a week to go, we are delighted to be able to announce so many of the UK’s leading retailers for the new town centre. And there are still more signings to come.”

The new announcements bring the number of new signings within the last six weeks to almost 20.

The scheme is now 93 per cent, by floor area, pre-let or agreed.

Councillor Marc Brunel-Walker, executive member for economic development and regeneration, said: “I’m delighted that The Lexicon continues to draw interest from retailers so that our town centre becomes a fantastic place for people to work and visit.

"Not only is The Lexicon pulling new names in to the town centre like Cath Kidston, it is also providing space for some of our popular retailers to expand and grow, which shows great confidence in our new social and cultural heart.”
