AN AUTISM charity has thanked a company for donating a hoard of video gaming equipment for its youngsters to enjoy.

Technology company, Aten UK, based in Malton Avenue, Slough, handed over a X Box 360 with games and controllers as well as a PlayStation 4 with controllers and two televisions to The Autism Group.

The charity, which is based in Braywick Road, Maidenhead, runs video game sessions for people with Autism between the ages of 16 and 25.

The gift was handed over by Robert Edmunds, who works for Aten and has recently joined the charity to run the Saturday afternoon video-game club alongside his wife Adriana Lozano.

Mr Edmunds said: “We are delighted to be able to present the new equipment from Aten Uk as we take up our new roles. We know our young club members are going to love playing the new games.” To attend the club contact Ruth Barlow on email clubs@theautismgroup.org.uk or call 07451 375071.
