TRANSPORT police have launched an urgent appeal after a series of sexual offences, which are believed to be linked.

A man exposed himself and touched himself inappropriately on May 3 between 12.15 and 1.30pm on a Reading to London Paddington Service.

The first incident happened on January 23 at 8.17pm where a man boarded a service at Slough.

During the journey towards London Paddington a man sat diagonally opposite a woman and began touching himself inappropriately.

The man is believed to have left the service at Ealing Broadway.

The most recent incident involved a 16-year-old girl, who boarded a at Staines on My 23 at around 12.10pm.

A man walked in from another carriage and sat opposite the girl.

The man was touching himself over his clothing. A ticket inspector came through and approached the male, he then swore at the ticket inspector and ran off down the train.

Officers are now linking all three incidents and would like to speak to the man in the CCTV image who they believe may have information that could help in the investigation.
