A SPATE of crime hit Sunninghill and Sunningdale at the weekend.
Between 4pm on July 8 and 7.10am the next day, a building site in Lynwood Village was broken into.
The offender or offenders cut the padlocks off the front gates before forcing open locked boxes and making off with the tools inside.
Just half a mile away on Dry Arch Road, a car windscreen was smashed sometime between 10.10pm on July 8 and 7am the next day.
The thief then reached into the car and stole a set of valuable golf clubs.
During roughly the same time period at Cavendish Meads in Sunninghill children's play paint was poured all over a car.
The paint dried and has since proved difficult to remove.
