A 19-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after a mum was knocked down and killed on school grounds after Bonfire Night celebrations.
Mum-of-two, Sun Zhou, 50, of Sunningdale, was hit by a blue Ford Galaxy outside Sunningdale Boys' School, in Dry Arch Road on November 5.
She sadly died at the scene.
Investigating officer Sgt Graeme Hughes, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Officers, with the assistance of the Health and Safety Executive, are continuing to investigate the circumstances of this collision which occurred in a parking area in the grounds of the school.
“Any witnesses who have not already spoken to police should call the 24-hour enquiry centre on 101.”

The 19-year-old man from Sunningdale was arrested today (Thursday, November 19) on suspicion of manslaughter and is currently in custody.
