A KEY road in Bracknell Forest was closed this morning after a gas pipe was damaged.
A report of a gas escape led to Harvest Ride being closed shortly after 9.30am on September 1 as engineers from National Grid moved in to solve the issue.
In a statement National Grid said: "We arrived to find a third party had damaged one of our gas mains. The leak has now been stopped and repairs are being carried out."
The road was closed for four hours and is now open.
