    PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that we (1) Harish Patel
    (2) Jayshre Patel (3) Nikhil Patel of Jay News (Tilehurst) Ltd applied on 18 Feb 2010 to West Berkshire Council in respect of the premises known as Jay News (Tilehurst) Ltd, 27 Hildens Drive, Tilehurst, Reading RG31HY for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
    The Licensable Activities are:
    THE SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL FROM
    6am - 10pm Monday to Saturday and 6am to 5pm Sunday. Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences & Club Premises Certificates), Regulations 2005, the above named persons have applied for the grant/variation of the premises licence or club premises certificate. Any person wishing to view this application may do so at by prior arrangement at West Berkshire Council Environmental Health & Licensing, Amilia Matheou, Faraday Road, Newbury, Berks RG14 2AF. Any person wishing to object to this application must do so in writing within 28 days of the date as detailed above.
