Find the Best BMW 1 Series Review

If you are looking for a BMW 1 series review you will find that there are many to choose from. Some are on authoritative motoring sites while many are published by the top daily newspapers.

Motoring correspondents get a detailed test when new models are introduced, so they can be relied upon to provide useful and accurate information on the model you want to buy. The BMW 1 series appeals to drivers across the board and includes a choice of body styles and specifications that make for interesting consideration.

First introduced in 2004, the model has gone through several facelifts and has been offered in four different body styles. The smallest of the BMW range, the 1 series provides comfortable motoring at an affordable price.

The first model was a five door hatchback design that was intended to appeal to family users, and was instantly popular in all markets. In 2007, BMW introduced three more versions: a three door hatchback, a pretty coupe version and an attractive and fun convertible.

All were well received by the public and are a regular sight on the road. In 2011 the 1 series received its first major facelift; the F20 model is available as a 5 door hatchback and comes with two engine choices, a 1.

6 litre petrol engine or a 2. 0 litre diesel. It is still a popular car with families thanks to the convenient hatchback design and copious luggage space. BMW has a reputation for excellent build quality and a BMW 1 series review will generally allude to this aspect of the cars make up.

These are cars that hold their value well and are easy to sell as second hand models. Compact yet roomy inside, this is a range of cars that is well thought out and worthy of consideration if you are looking for a smaller family car.
