TWO companies have signed leases on a business estate tailored to meet the needs of start-up and growing small and medium-sized companies.
SEGRO, Europe's leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, has announced deals with Belcom247 and LilyLisa Limited at the Enterprise Quarter in Slough Trading Estate.
LilyLisa Limited, an existing customer at the Enterprise Quarter, is expanding from 914 Yeovil Road to a 1,632 sq ft unit at 537 Ipswich Road, on a three year lease, for the sale of cosmetic and toiletries in specialised stores.
Belcom247, a telecoms and data centre services company, has secured a three-year lease on a 1,959 sq ft unit at 876 Plymouth Road, for the storage and distribution of telecoms equipment.
John Giblin, Belcom247 managing director, said: "The flexible leases offered by The Enterprise Quarter enable us to be located on the Slough Trading Estate.
"The added benefit of being located here is the wider estate's importance within the UK data centre market, the associated business development and networking opportunities will be beneficial for Belcom247 in the future."
The estate aims to offer customers flexible workspace with easy-in and easy-out leases.
Nicola Webb, SEGRO senior leasing surveyor, added: "SEGRO is pleased to help these growing businesses thrive in a prime business location. The Enterprise Quarter is specifically designed to help businesses establish themselves and offer opportunities to share knowledge between other like-minded businesses."
