The 38-year-old was left “extremely traumatised” after the attack while she was walking near South Lake in Kingfisher Drive, Woodley. at 7pm on Sunday.

The teenagers pushed her to the ground and snatched her bag - which contained treats for her dog as well as other items - before running off along the footpath at the back of the Thatchers Tavern.

The attackers were white, aged 15-17, medium build, 5ft 7ins tall and wore black hoodies and blue jeans.

The bag they stole had a silver handle and had the letters YFL on it.
