New team for town accountants
THE new year has brought a fresh management team at accountants Kirkpatrick & Hopes in Theale.
Pauline Williamson takes over from Andrew Gray as managing director, allowing Andrew to move over to the position of chairman.
Mr Gray commented: “I believe it is every business leader’s duty to groom a successor. Pauline is the perfect person to take over. She has extensive experience within our target market, proven team leadership skills and an excellent track record in building and developing client relationships.”
He added: “Having worked with Pauline for over four years I know she is totally committed to our vision for the company’s future and has all the skills to ensure we succeed.”
Further changes are:
Susan Kemish moves from managing K&H’s finances to technical director, replacing Pauline in that role.
Lisa Bramley will now look after the finances and continue to help manage the operations (accounts production and tax compliance), also taking over from Pauline.
Andy Scott remains as tax director and Steve Mills will continue as marketing director.
Mr Gray added: “Of course these changes will really only affect the internal management of K&H and will have little impact on the client-facing work that is the team’s primary focus. As a result of these appointments, I will have more time to work on strategy and business development, both for K&H and for our clients.”
