Free summer concert tonight

A FREE summer concert by the Beenham Band takes place tomorrow night[18] at 7.30pm in the village’s recreation ground.

Concert goers are advised to take a picnic, a bottle of wine and sit back and enjoy the music. There will also be a BBQ tent and a children’s play.

The Beenham Band, mainly made up of amateur musicians, has more than 35 members and plays a variety of music from popular classics to music from the movies.

The band use a full range of instruments including clarinets, oboes, bassoons, trumpets, French horns, trombones, and percussion.
