Huge new offices for Green Park

Prudential.

PRUDENTIAL has announced plans to start work on two new office buildings at Green Park totalling almost 500,000 sq ft.

The two buildings, at 260 and 280 South Oak Way, are seen as a sign of confidence in the Reading office

market with demand at its highest since 2001.

Business park development director of Prudential property division PruPIM, Tim Davis said there has been interest in the new buildings from sectors ranging from engineering and pharmaceuticals to media and telecoms.
