SLADE Patricia Charlotte Jane "Pat" Passed away at Lakeside Nursing Home on 11th June 2017, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Fred. Mum to Stephen, Chrissie and Teresa and cherished grandma and great grandma, who will be greatly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at Reading Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 5th July at 12.15pm. Feel free to wear purple as it was mum's favourite colour. All welcome.
